4. For MDJ or traffic matters, search by citation number, participant name, or a docket format such as MJ-52303-TR-0002858-2025.

What Lebanon County Court Records Show

Adoption records have strong restrictions, and the Register's information page states adoptions since 1954 are under seal and cannot be opened without a court order.
