No Records on This Site
This site does not host any Court of Common Pleas records, Magisterial District Court dockets, jail rosters, warrant data, marriage records, divorce records, probate records, or vital records. We point you to the offices that do hold those records. To get an actual document, you have to request it from the issuing office. Court records may be limited by the Pennsylvania Case Records Public Access Policy and 204 Pa. Code § 213.81, agency records may be handled under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, and criminal-history information is subject to CHRIA, 18 Pa.C.S. § 9101 et seq.
